Here's what i ate yesterday, not a normal day since it was a busy Saturday but I'm gonna try to be dedicated to post these EVERY day, no matter what, so i'm not tempted to cheat. Good or Bad? You still will catch a glimpse.
Breakfast:
Pretty bad but I pretty much skipped this meal yesterday. :-/ got so busy that morning & it kind of slipped away from me.
Lunch:
Shrimp Fajitas. :)
1 flour tortilla (should've went for wheat)
1/4 cup Variety of Sliced bell peppers
1/8 cup of red and white onions
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Usually I would add Fajita seasoning which I put in the boys but it was flavorful without. & sugar was in the ingredients which is something I'm trying to steer clear of.
Dinner:
3 thin slices of a baked chicken
1 serving of stuffing
1 cup of field greens w/ light ranch.
Snacks:
Not much today and I'm usually a big snacker which is what got me in the weight loss mumbo jumbo to begin with.
15 Raw Almonds ( more or less )
12-15 Stacy's Pita Chips
Exercise:
20 minutes of onDemand cardio.
Not a bad day at all but could've at least ate breakfast. & I also was sipping on water all day and a glass of green tea that am. I could've upped the exercise but I've went hard all week I need a little breather.
