I no longer wear the cute outfits I was known to wear.
No longer strap on the heels I once loved.
Actually 75% of the time I admit to not even combing my hair. ( Yeah I know, sad.)
But what is really bothering me is the weight I began to put on over the years.
I don't wanna be that girl anymore!
I have decided to live a better lifestyle . NO MORE DRIVE THRU! Cookies? oh how I love you but I no longer
This journey is not all about weight loss becasue I only need to lose about 25 to be where I want, but it's about BETTERING ME and living my life to the fullest potential and I will get that by taking care of my body and being more consious about what I'm putting into my body.
What better way to stay on track than to share with the world, if the world is watch I will be less likely to cheat which as been my failure in the past.
As the days go I will post my meals, maybe daily? (will figure out in a later post how exactly I will do that), my weight loss and measurements weekly (most likely on Sunday evenings) and post links, qoutes, sites, etc., whatever I find inspiring along the way.
Follow me and please introduce yourself if you are also in the same boat as me... fitness/health buddies will be helpful as well.
