Meals of the Day (10/30/11)

Helped set up my uncles haunted house so had dinner there so I did a little slurging... But here ya go.


Breakfast:

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon of rolled oats
1/3 cup of blueberries.
One of my favorite quick breakfasts.


Lunch:

Grilled Chicken burger on wheat at Sonics. Yummy yummy!
W/ a hand full of sStacy's Pita Chips.


Dinner:

They BBQ'd Tri-Tip, chicken.. With tons of sides but I didn't fully indulge because I'm trying to stay discipline now thru the holidays. Wish me Luck!

Smoked Chicken breast
A bite of my sons Tri-tip
Scoop of a seafood rice casserole experiment. (which turned out AMAZING!)
Scoop of Caesar Salad.

Snacks:
None



Exercises:

50 minutes of cardio
And plenty of ups and downs on the step stool to help with decorating.
