Trainer

Meet with a trainer today and I'm so glad I did!

I promise working with a trainer gives you a complete reality check. My form was wrong in half of my excercises and being pushed to finish is what I lack on my own. I enjoyed my experience and will definitly continue my sessions.

When I booked the training session I had no idea what I was in store for being that I never have had one before. I knoew from watching TV and al but never first hand experienced it. When I got to the gym, LATE, :-/ he was there waiting for me and he began by giving me a wealth of information about nutrition, cardio, and weight training. We went over a few target goals I had in mind and he talked me through what he felt would be the best ways to reach these goals...
Just as I thought we were done (but of course we couldn't talk our way toward fitness) he took me to the mats , where I warmed up with some cardio while he was setting up weights and different activities for when I was done with my warm up.
After warming up, I wentto the mat where he showed me various forms of lunges, squats, push ups, crunches, etc.
I did 3 set of about 10 reps depending, I WAS DYING!!! lol ...I'm so out of shape and this proved it.
Just the day before I was doing these things without pushing myself and without proper form and was doing FANTASTIC, but now that I was doing things the right way I FELT the BURN. :-O

  1. Keep up the work! I've been trying to be healthy lately and been trying to hit the gym. Gotta say I do feel better.
