Took Jayden to the park today. It was freezing so we didn't last long.
He got to get on the swings for the first time. don't think he liked it very much but here's a great pic I got!!

skills? or lack there of :-/

Today I'm going to have the chance to shoot someone other than my fiance and son. I'm like realllllllllly excited. I can show of my SKILLS or lack there of. ;) Well I'm pretty confident all in all. I'm more scared of straight out of the camera shots because when I edit, they look pretty good. I think. But. Doesn't every photographer edit anyways especially with portraits etc. I don't know. I just need to be more confident in myself and work. It's ONLY the beginning.

TGIF, Morning Walks, SAHM

My favorite day of the work week! =)
I LOVE Fridays
...but thats not the reason for my post.

July '10 when I was able to stay home | Jayden, about 8wks 

Today when Jayden wakes up, if the sun stays out, I think we'll go for a morning walk. I really miss those now that winter is here. Every morning in the summer we'd go off on our walks, he was so little so slept on most of the walks or had to cover him because the sun was too bright, but I was a good way for me to exercise since I had no time for a gym in those early months. Anyways. I miss them. Now that he's older he can look around and enjoy being outside, a change from being cooped up in the house all week because of the dumb weather or because mommy's at work. =/

Which brings be to my next subject. WORK. I miss staying home with my baby while on leave for those short, 2 months. I see how all the other mommy's get to be SAHMs and it makes be sooooo jealous envious . I feel so horrible going to work everyday, like I'm a bad mom for not being able to see my sons firsts and enjoy these precious moments. But I guess things go this way for some families and you SAHM are so lucky to be able to be there.  ONE DAY. Maybe one day. I'll have the chance to stay home with my little man or next baby. It's just so hard right now for us. I get so fed up with work. I just wanna walk out sometimes. I just have to sit back look at my son and realize everything I do is for him. And all in all I'm doing pretty damn good at beating statistics for a 20 year old momma. I handle business. =) lol

WORDLESS WEDNESDAY

New Opportunities in store?

Just got a job inquiry!

So excited because my current job is def. poo! Lol

Friday I received a letter in the mail, an Employment Inquiry letter. I took an exam months ago for the position and gave up thinking I didn't qualify but apparently I did! I opened the letter and BAM! it was for a freaking typing position when taking the exam I didnt realize I could get inquiries from both the general field of the position and the typing soooooooo I ended up having to complete this typing exam and send it off along with an updated resume.

So today I had to leave my little man with my mom so I can take this typing exam to get a certificate with at least 40 WPM. I have NEVER considered a typing job so had no training what so ever with typing. Ok I do write on social networks, blogs, etc. but never as a profession. Anyways I was feeling real confident and jumped right on in and got a....... 33!! Lol so that was a mood killer I just knew I did like 45 at least! =( anyways to make a long boring story short I passed after 4 tries with exactly a 40. Yay me... So I sent the rest of the forms HR requested and sent my packet, along with certificate off.

So i hope I get called in for an interview!!

Anyone know of a good sippy cup. he's 7 months. this one was intended for 4mos. + but it absolutely sucks. Which one did your kids use/like at this age, if any?
